1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of EarnKart (the "Platform"), operated from Warangal, Telangana, India. By creating an account, browsing the Platform, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate registration details, including a valid mobile number.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• One person may hold one account. Accounts created to abuse referrals or promotions may be suspended.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in India to place orders.

3. Orders and pricing

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST at 5%.
• A delivery fee of ₹29.00 applies to orders below ₹199.00. Orders at or above ₹199.00 are delivered free.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or if the delivery address is outside our service area.
• Product images are indicative. Fresh produce may vary slightly in size, weight, and appearance.
• Delivery time estimates are indicative and may change due to traffic, weather, or stock availability.

4. Coupons and promotions

• Coupons are subject to their own conditions (minimum order value, expiry date, and usage limits).
• Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• We may withdraw or modify any promotion at any time.

5. Referral and rewards programme

The Platform includes a referral programme through which you may earn rewards when people you refer shop on the Platform.

• Referral earnings are credited to your Platform wallet and are calculated on eligible order value, not on delivery fees or taxes.
• Earnings from an order are held until that order is delivered and the return window has passed. If an order is cancelled or returned, the related earnings are reversed.
• Withdrawals are permitted once your available balance reaches ₹1,000.00.
• Referral rates are set by us and may be revised. Changes apply to future orders only; earnings already credited are not altered.
• Self-referral, fake accounts, and any manipulation of the programme will result in forfeiture of earnings and closure of the account.
• Participation in the referral programme is optional. Rewards depend on genuine purchases by people you refer; there is no guarantee of any income.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform. In particular, you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, interfere with its operation, scrape or copy content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform's name, design, text, and graphics belong to EarnKart. You may not reproduce them without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care to keep the Platform accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Warangal, Telangana.
